This service is not only for athlete's but for all individuals who may struggle to complete daily activities due to many problems such as general aches and pains or injury. KA Fitness & Therapy looks to understand and find solutions for both complex and straightforward problems that may arise. Beginning with an initial assessment to find out more about you and your issues whether it be lower back pain, tightness of a specific muscle group or an injury. Then using a combination of both soft tissue therapy/ sports massage to treat these problems. Following up with a distinctive rehab plan on how to further minimize the issue.
